Downtown Tree Lighting

Dec. 4 (Friday) – The Vista Village Business Association invites you to the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony along Main Street from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday December 4th. Main Street trees from South Santa Fe Avenue to Vista Village Drive will be filled with lights at the direction of Mayor Morris Vance. A decorated Christmas tree will be lit up at the Main Street Gazebo as a centerpiece for the downtown decorations. Santa and Mrs. Claus will pose for free photographs with the children and there will be activities for the kids that tie into this year’s parade theme: “A Journey Through Time: Past, Present & Future”. We will have carolers and the Encore Youth performers as well as music performances in front of First Cut Demos located at 217 E. Broadway. Area merchants will be offering special promotions through out the evening, and don’t forget to shop and play the “Vista Village Business Bingo” and “Receipt Raffle” for the chance to win CASH and prizes! Annual Christmas Parade

Dec. 5 (Saturday) – “A Journey Through Time: Past, Present & Future” is the theme of this year’s Vista Christmas Parade at 1:00 p.m. in downtown Vista. Hosts Vista Chamber and the City of Vista invite the public to attend this annual holiday event. The parade will include floats, vehicles, horses, bands, Santa Claus and an antique airplane fly over! New this year is the Village Fest featuring artisans, crafters, food, a kids zone and much more. The Village Fest runs from 10 am – 4 pm. Krikorian’s Winter Wonderland

Holiday Home Tour with Classic Antique Vehicles

Dec. 6 (Sunday) – Holiday Homes Tour is from 10 am – 4 pm. The homes will be decorated by professional designers that have volunteered their time. Winterfest Art Reception
